I provide psychological support in English, Italian, and Spanish, both online and, where possible, in person. ”

About me

I am a qualified Psychologist with a background in Clinical Psychology and advanced training in Marriage and Family Therapy in the United States. My professional experience has focused on understanding people within the context of their relationships, families, and wider life experiences. My clinical training includes an Italian degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in the United States, complemented by approximately 3,000 hours of practicum, supervised clinical training, and internship experience. I am particularly interested in helping people who feel stuck in recurring emotional or relationship patterns. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and respected is an essential starting point for meaningful psychological work. I work with clients from different cultural and personal backgrounds and provide sessions in English, Italian, and Spanish.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, relational, and person-centred. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in which clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships openly. Trained in Los Angeles at the California Graduate Institute (CGI) and licensed as an LMFT, my clinical foundation is rooted in a rich integration of systemic, psychodynamic, and narrative frameworks. Furthermore, my professional background includes nearly two years of clinical work with children and their families at the St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, California. Alongside these approaches, I am also certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which allows me to integrate targeted hypnotic techniques when appropriate to help clients access deeper emotional resources and overcome persistent blocks. Rather than using a rigid, one-size-fits-all method, I flexibly adapt these theoretical approaches to fit the unique needs, goals, and values of each individual, couple, or family. I believe that difficulties are often influenced by patterns developed through our experiences and past relationships. Therapy can help clients understand these patterns, develop greater emotional awareness, and discover more effective ways of responding to themselves and others. My role is not to judge or impose solutions, but to help clients gain clarity and develop the psychological resources needed to make meaningful, lasting changes at their own pace.
