As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I offer practical tools to understand and shift patterns. My marriage and family therapy background also supports clients in healing relationships impacted by addiction.

In my Kikuyu practice (and online), I offer sessions in English or Kiswahili, meeting flexibly to fit school, work or family rhythms. We use short, practical exercises between meetings, couple- or family-focused conversations when helpful, and simple skill-building drawn from thought-behaviour work to steady urges and rebuild trust.
