I see clients in Nairobi and remotely in English, shaping appointments to fit daily demands and parenting responsibilities. Work moves at your pace—we translate difficult experiences into clear tools, practice new responses between meetings, and, when helpful, coordinate supportive resources. This approach tends to resonate with women and young people rebuilding after abuse or those balancing care roles with personal growth.
