My focus is on helping you gain practical insights for lasting well-being and clear communication.

In my West Palm Beach office or online I use short check-ins, gentle skill-building between meetings, and focused space to process anxiety, mood changes, trauma memories, and relationship patterns without rushing. Sessions are collaborative—practical, rooted in what actually fits your life—and tend to help clients feel clearer about choices and more able to relate to others.
