Martina Sacco

Counselor

I’m a compassionate counselor specializing in DBT and solution focused therapy. I support young adults and adults through anxiety, depression, and life transitions with evidence-based strategies. I offer a safe, collaborative space for growth, both in-person and online.

About Me

I understand how challenging anxiety, depression, or big life changes can feel. As a compassionate counsellor, I support young adults and adults to navigate these experiences. We’ll use evidence-based strategies like DBT and Solution Focused Therapy, building on your strengths. I offer a safe, collaborative space to find practical ways forward and foster lasting growth. Whether online or in-person, my aim is to help you develop tools for well-being.

Approach

Starting from the strengths we identify together, sessions move at a steady, practical pace: we focus on skills practice, short goal-setting, and noticing patterns that keep anxiety or low mood stuck. In Montréal I offer both in-person and online appointments in English and Spanish, and I encourage brief between-session check-ins or homework to build new habits. You’ll find sessions are collaborative and concrete, mixing hands-on coping tools with reflective conversation. This approach tends to suit young adults and adults seeking clear, manageable steps toward feeling steadier.
