I am a psychologist (Licenciado en Psicología) based in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you manage anxiety, low mood, and stress.

Aquí propongo un ritmo claro y colaborativo: sesiones centradas, metas pactadas y ejercicios prácticos para que lo trabajado se traslade al día a día. Desde mi consultorio en Capital Federal y en sesiones online en español, alterno escucha atenta con intervenciones concretas y tareas breves entre encuentros para consolidar cambios. Suelo combinar preguntas guía, reencuadres y prácticas estructuradas que te permiten probar nuevas respuestas ante situaciones difíciles. Este modo de trabajo suele ser útil para adultos que buscan manejar ansiedad, tristeza o estrés.
