I’m a certified Psychology and Psychotherapist and I am member of the Order of Psychologists in Portugal. I am also a Member of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis Association.

I spent the majority of my adult life living abroad in Spain, UK and Japan.
I understand the challenges that immigrants and expats face in Japan, family difficulties, and interracional couples.
I provide a warm and safe space to explore experiences, making sense, purpose, meaning and finding effective coping strategies and emotional regulation.
I have a holistic approach regarding mental heath and well-being.
