Mr Mark Watts

Licensed Professional Counselor

A compassionate, skilled counsellor and hypnotherapist working with couples and individuals. I offer help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and anger.

About Me

I am a Master Therapeutic Counsellor and clinical counselor in Victoria, BC. I help men and adults address abuse, anger, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship concerns. I offer counseling, hypnosis, mindfulness work, and adoption-related support in a direct, confidential setting.

Approach

Sessions feel focused and quietly practical, with invitation to notice patterns, try gentle hypnosis or mindfulness between meetings, and name the feelings that get in the way of connection. In my Victoria office or online I work at a steady pace—balancing short-term skill-building with deeper trauma processing—so you leave with tools and small experiments to practice. I check progress together and adjust what’s needed, keeping confidentiality and direct feedback central. People looking for clear, grounded change tend to do well here.
