About Me
Approach
My approach to psychotherapy is strongly influenced by collaborative and dialogical practices. I believe this allows me to work respectfully with you and does not require a commitment to years of therapy!
I respect and integrate other approaches to psychotherapy. These might include:
- Narrative Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Systemic therapy, which emphasises relationships and interactional patterns and dynamics,
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
- Solution Focused therapy.
I work closely with you and apply theory as I believe it suits your particular situation and needs. Ask me about this anytime.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
Services
Please note that my practice is exclusively online.
I offer virtual consultations to clients looking for support and guidance for their mental health and well-being.
One of the benefits of online therapy is that it is accessible. This allows you to meet me from the comfort of your own home or wherever you have internet access. Additionally, online therapy provides a sense of privacy that many of my clients appreciate. It's a flexible and effective option.
