verified by TherapyRoute

I practice psycho-dynamic psychotherapy with individuals, couples &families with a particular focus on Jungian therapy& Integrative health.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. I help you navigate life transitions, grief and loss, and challenges linked to chronic illness and adoption. I provide dream analysis, psychodiagnostic assessment, psychodynamic therapy, and Jungian analysis in a confidential clinical setting.

Approach

My practice emphasises depth and integrative health, so therapy unfolds through attentive listening, exploration of dreams and symbolic material, and gentle tracking of patterns in relationships and the body. In Cape Town I work in English and Afrikaans and offer secure online sessions, creating a steady, contained space where we move at a pace that feels safe yet honest. Between meetings I may invite reflective tasks—dream journals or brief check-ins—to weave insights into daily life. This way of working suits people facing transitions, loss or long‑term health challenges.
