Counseling Psychologist

An experienced and compassionate psychotherapist working with teenagers and adults.

About Me

Working with me, teenagers and adults find a compassionate, experienced space to explore their concerns. I help you navigate difficult emotions and life transitions. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself. You'll gain practical tools to build inner strength. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and discover new perspectives. You can then confidently move towards a more fulfilling life.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions paced to your needs, alternating gentle curiosity with clear focus so we can untangle recurring patterns and troubling emotions. From my office in Langebaan or online, in English or Afrikaans, I hold a steady, private space where safety and honesty come first. I blend reflective exploration with practical steps—journalling prompts, small boundary experiments and brief between-session check-ins—to help rebuild safety after trauma, steady mood and navigate grief or anger. This approach tends to suit adolescents and young adults, and anyone needing steady, practical support.
