Services

"In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order" - Carl Jung. At the heart of my work is the belief that within every experience of "disorder" or chaos lies a story, a pattern, and an opportunity for growth. I support clients in uncovering the underlying threads in their experiences, fostering greater self awareness and insight. With this deeper understanding, clients are better able to navigate challenges and cultivate emotional well-being. Therapy is collaborative and I am honored to walk alongside each person on their path toward healing and wholeness. I provide therapy in person and online, in Afrikaans and in English.
