Across all of her work as a therapist, the deep care and well-being of people is the consistent underlying thread. Approach

We must first have a healthy relationship with ourselves before we can have healthy relationships with others. From here it is then possible to take steps towards positive and life enriching change. When we tend to our inner world, we are by default also attending to our outer world as we cannot separate the two. Many people think that Counselling is only useful when you have a problem or mental health issue, but many use Counselling for growth, self-enquiry and reflection to better understand how to navigate life. The benefits of speaking with a Counsellor to take responsibility for actions, look deeper within, and develop self-awareness tools is super supportive and evolving. Counselling is invaluable in bringing understanding to the underlying issues that are having a negative impact in our lives.
