Miss Mariette Wilbers

Registered Counselor

Let us find the light that dimmed within you through life stress and trauma – let it shine again.

About Me

When life stress or past trauma dims your inner light, I offer a dedicated space. We can gently rekindle your strength together. My approach helps you understand these experiences and process difficult emotions. We'll explore ways to transform their impact. This path allows your authentic self to shine brightly again. You'll find a supportive, non-judgmental environment here.

Approach

We will coax back the brightness within you, attending to how past hurts and daily pressures surface in your body, thoughts and choices. In Roodepoort I offer a calm, focused space in Afrikaans or English where sessions move at the pace you need—sometimes quiet reflection, sometimes practical skill-building. We use talk and simple exercises to track triggers, practice grounding, reframe self-critical stories and build steady coping between meetings. This way of working often helps adults and couples seeking compassionate, sustained change after trauma, burnout or anxiety.
