Together we can explore new ways to help you live a more healthy and happy life.

About Me

I am a registered psychologist in Southland, Alberta, Canada with registration restricted to Alberta residents. I help people manage anxiety, career issues, life transitions, relationship problems, and stress or burnout. I offer individual and relationship counseling, mindfulness practice, adoption support, and Ukraine aid services.

Approach

I practice from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach but also draw from Mindfulness Meditation, Skills Training, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Solution Focused therapy. I use a combination of counselling techniques that work best with each individual client or couple. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore difficult feelings, unhealthy patterns and negative thinking that are affecting your happiness and are hurting your relationships. If you are ready to start a new direction reach out and we can begin the journey together.
