About Me
I help families, couples, and individuals untangle complex dynamics, especially when children are involved. Drawing on my extensive experience, I offer practical parenting support and deeper family treatments to understand underlying patterns. We can work together to clarify communication and build stronger connections, ensuring every voice is heard. Sessions are available in Spanish, English, or Greek, making support accessible for diverse backgrounds. I aim to create a space where you feel truly understood.
Approach
When interactions feel confusing, I map everyday moments into concrete, manageable steps and invite parents and adolescents to try short experiments between sessions. In Madrid and online, sessions in all three of my languages keep a steady, practical pace—brief check-ins, focused tasks, and space for emotional reflection. I combine systemic thinking with child-centred techniques so routines, communication and behaviour can shift without blame. This way of working tends to help parents, couples and teens who want clear, usable changes alongside deeper understanding.
