Ms Maria Trimble

Licensed Professional Counselor

Competent and compassionate mental health clinician. I work primarily with adults and teens. Licensed to work with people in Wisconsin, Florida and Hawaii.

About Me

As a competent and compassionate mental health clinician, I dedicate my practice to supporting adults and teens. I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we can explore challenges, building on your strengths to find a way forward. My grounded, supportive approach helps clients navigate life's complexities. I am available to support individuals in Wisconsin, Florida, and Hawaii.

Approach

My practice focuses on steady, practical work that helps you untangle relationship, identity and parenting stresses while honoring adoption-related experiences. I meet with adolescents, young adults and parents in Green Bay and remotely for clients across WI, FL and HI, keeping sessions structured but collaborative. We use short, skill-focused steps—thought tracking, behaviour experiments and resource planning—to shift patterns between sessions and build clearer choices. This way of working tends to suit people who want concrete tools alongside thoughtful support during transitions.
