About Me

I am an attentive Arts Psychotherapist and Dramatherapist. My commitment is to developing effective relationships, adapting our work to your unique needs and agenda. In sessions, I equally draw on creative methods, symbolic approaches, and talking strategies. This flexible, client-led approach creates a deeply attuned space. It is ideal for exploring your experiences and finding clarity collaboratively.

Approach

You’ll find sessions paced around your agenda, using playful enactment, reflective dialogue and metaphor to meet the moment. I offer appointments in Bedlington and online, and work in English, Polish or Russian with adolescents, adults and children. We move between embodied dramatherapy activities, calm conversation and brief experiential tasks; between meetings I may suggest short creative prompts or observational exercises to build momentum. This approach often helps people facing trauma, relationship strain or difficult transitions find clearer, practical ways forward.
