About Me
I believe in every child’s potential, guiding them on a holistic healing journey. With 14 years of experience, I use creative art and play during sessions. This helps young people voice feelings, building essential life skills. My approach equips children of all ages to grow into healthy, functioning adults. Families seeking a supportive, child-centred space will find a strong partnership, fostering their child’s long-term well-being.
Approach
I begin with a gentle assessment—observing play, inviting drawings, and listening to caregivers—to map strengths and patterns. Sessions blend psychodynamic exploration with hands-on art and playful experiments, shifting between child-led activities and targeted coaching for parents. We set short-term goals, review progress every four to six sessions, and use simple at-home tasks to practise new skills. I offer sessions in English or Afrikaans, provide remote appointments, and liaise with schools or other supports when advocacy will speed recovery.
