Providing traditional person centred counselling and psychotherapy to help you navigate mental health challenges, build resilience and achieve personal growth. I create a safe and supportive environment tailored to your needs, fostering self-discovery, clarity and lasting mental health.

About Me

I’m a person-centred therapist offering a steady, thoughtful space for people who wish to talk openly and safely about what’s going on in their lives. I work in a calm, reflective way, paying close attention to what is being said and to what might be harder to put into words. I don’t come to sessions with a fixed agenda for you. Instead, I try to meet you as you are and respond with authencitity, empathy and unconditional acceptance to what emerges between us. My role is to stay present, engaged and reliable, so that you have the space to explore your experiences at your own pace. I work with adults and welcome people from all backgrounds and ways of living. Sessions are confidential, collaborative and shaped by what matters most to you.

Approach

My approach is based upon person-centred experiential counselling and focuses on offering a steady, supportive therapeutic relationship where you can speak openly and be taken seriously. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed or broken. I work to meet those experiences with respect and understanding. I support you in making sense of what you are going through, at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you. The work is shaped by what matters to you, with the aim of helping you feel more grounded and better able to live in line with your genuine self.
