Mr Marc Adams

Licensed Master Social Worker

I utilize an integrative approach that includes existential, Jungian depth psychological, and various cognitive and transpersonal modalities to work through life transitions, men’s issues, depression, anxiety, spiritual questions, and more.

About Me

Are you navigating significant life transitions, men's issues, or grappling with depression, anxiety, or spiritual questions? I offer a supportive space to explore these concerns. My integrative approach helps clients understand their experiences more deeply, using Jungian depth psychological insights. Practical cognitive tools also offer ways to move forward. This combination supports you in finding personal meaning and moving forward with clarity.

Approach

Meaning-making often emerges by exploring dreams, bodily cues, and the narratives that recur across your life; I guide that exploration with curiosity and grounded presence. Sessions in Scottsdale or online, in English or Spanish, move between gentle trance work, focused dream analysis, and concrete cognitive reframes at a pace you set. We track patterns, practice short between-session exercises or brief hypnosis recordings, and translate imagery into decisions and everyday adjustments. This approach tends to suit adults facing transitions, men's concerns, mood or anxiety who want thoughtful, experiential work.
