Counseling Psychologist

A counselling psychologist at The therapeutic space offering individual therapy and counselling online all over India

About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Dilshad Garden, Delhi, India. I help people manage anxiety, stress and burnout, mood disorders, career problems, and relationship issues using ACT, counseling and psychoeducation.

Approach

Providing individual sessions from my Delhi practice and online across India, I keep sessions focused, practical and paced to fit busy lives. We notice patterns together, try small experiential exercises in-session, and set doable steps to practice between meetings — often using values to guide choices when anxiety, burnout or relationship strain feel overwhelming. Sessions mix gentle challenge with clear psychoeducation so you leave with a clearer map and simple tools. People juggling work, relationships and mood find this collaborative rhythm especially helpful.
