About Me
I am a Counseling Psychologist and Mental Health Counsellor based in Delhi, India. I work with children, adolescents, and families on life transitions, ADHD, autism (ASD), and conduct issues. I provide practical, confidential child and adolescent therapy to support you and your family.
Approach
Sessions begin by gently mapping behaviour and strengths through play, structured tasks and caregiver conversations so we can target what matters most. Available in English and Hindi/Urdu, I meet in New Delhi or online and pace sessions to each child’s attention span, using short goals and clear techniques you can practise between appointments. Assessments and simple skill-practice guide progress while parents learn to reinforce change. This practical, steady way of working suits families navigating transitions, attention or conduct challenges.
