Drawing on both established and modern approaches, she guides young people to explore their thoughts and actions. This eclectic mix helps clients build understanding and find their own way forward. Her inclusive style ensures everyone feels truly heard and understood.

Approach

Clients enter a space of curious, non-judgmental exploration where thoughts, feelings and behaviours are mapped into small, practical experiments. Working from Bengaluru and online, in English, Bengali or Hindi/Urdu, sessions follow a young person’s rhythm — sometimes active and skills-focused, sometimes slower and reflective. I blend structured skill-building with mindfulness-infused reflection, brief between-session tasks and collaborative problem-solving so change feels learnable and steady. This approach often suits adolescents and young adults navigating identity, attention differences, relationships or life transitions.
