Working from Bengaluru and online, in English, Bengali or Hindi/Urdu, sessions follow a young person’s rhythm — sometimes active and skills-focused, sometimes slower and reflective. I blend structured skill-building with mindfulness-infused reflection, brief between-session tasks and collaborative problem-solving so change feels learnable and steady.
