This approach offers a supportive space, equipping you to manage difficult emotions and embrace personal growth.

Rooted in a holistic lens, I guide sessions that blend practical skills, short mindfulness practices and gentle exploration to uncover small, usable changes. Most work happens face-to-face in Bangalore or online; I offer sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu, Kannada and Marathi so language never blocks access. Sessions move at each person's pace, mixing focused conversation, art-based reflection and brief between-session exercises to build coping and ease overwhelm. This approach often helps adolescents and adults seeking steady, practical shifts through stress, burnout or loss.
