Mrs Manisha Chhapwale
Counselor
“My work expertise ranges from being a school & college & young adult counsellor, a Life skill trainer, Value Educator, Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner, Gatekeeper for suicide prevention to Anxiety/ Stress Management & Grief Counselling. I am a firm believer in holistic approach along with various psychotherapies.”
About Me
I help young adults and others navigate life's challenges, especially anxiety, stress, or grief. Drawing on a holistic approach, I guide you to find clarity and build resilience. We can explore practical life skills and incorporate techniques like mindfulness meditation. This approach offers a supportive space, equipping you to manage difficult emotions and embrace personal growth.
Approach
Rooted in a holistic lens, I guide sessions that blend practical skills, short mindfulness practices and gentle exploration to uncover small, usable changes. Most work happens face-to-face in Bangalore or online; I offer sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu, Kannada and Marathi so language never blocks access. Sessions move at each person's pace, mixing focused conversation, art-based reflection and brief between-session exercises to build coping and ease overwhelm. This approach often helps adolescents and adults seeking steady, practical shifts through stress, burnout or loss.
