Mrs Mandy Arnott

Educational Psychologist

An experienced English/Afrikaans psychologist working with adults and children .

About Me

As an experienced educational psychologist, I guide adults and children through developmental and learning challenges. My background in speech and hearing, alongside extensive Counseling training, helps me understand unique communication and learning styles. I offer a supportive space to explore concerns. We work together to develop practical strategies. Whether in English or Afrikaans, I aim to empower individuals to thrive within their own learning journey.

Approach

Helping people navigate learning and developmental challenges, I shape therapy around each person’s pace and preferred way of communicating. Sessions in Springs, Gauteng — in English or Afrikaans, and online when required — are practical and collaborative, blending conversational work with targeted assessment and short, doable tasks between meetings. I pay attention to hearing, language and behaviour patterns to tailor clear routines and coping tools. This way of working often helps carers, teens and adults looking for straightforward support and steady progress.
