About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Cape Town, Western Cape. I consult online using trauma-informed integrative methods coupled with psychodynamic insight. I work across the board with a variety of concerns: trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, personal growth, emotional dysregulation, health concerns such as autoimmune conditions, amongst others.

Dr Malvina Bartmanski works from a trauma-informed, integrative psychological framework that recognises the deep connection between mind, body, relationships, and meaning. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that many emotional and behavioural difficulties are adaptive responses to past experiences rather than signs of pathology.
