About Me

I am a psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapist with 13 years of professional experience helping individuals overcome emotional and psychological challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and positive change when given the right support and tools. I view therapy as a partnership in which we work together to understand difficulties, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and focused on helping clients gain insight, resilience, and greater emotional well-being. I offer therapy in both Croatian and English. As a native Croatian speaker and fluent English speaker, I work with both local and international clients seeking professional psychological support.

Approach

My approach is structured, collaborative, and evidence-based. CBT focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and developing practical strategies to create meaningful and lasting change. In therapy, we work together to: - Understand what is maintaining your difficulties - Reduce anxiety and overthinking - Improve emotional regulation and coping skills - Build resilience during transitions or high-stress periods - Develop clearer, more balanced thinking patterns Clients often appreciate having a clear and structured process that is both supportive and focused on real-life change. If you are an individual struggling with anxiety, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed by life changes, I offer a safe and confidential space to work through these challenges. Feel free to reach out if you would like to see whether working together could be helpful.
