I am a dedicated mental health counsellor, working in an empathic space with clients to ease suffering and promote wellness.

About Me

I work with people to help them build a secure attachment with reality. I have been in this line of study and work for a decade now, amassing expertise from a variety of clinical & therapeutic settings. I value creativity, integrity and authenticity deeply in my work with clients.

Approach

I work one-on-one with people who sense that there is a deeper way of being, and who are ready to learn to live from it. I offer a space of intimate, honest relationship where you can be with the truth of your experience — and slowly learn to think, speak, and act from that place. The premise is simple: the truth will set you free if you practice it, commit to it, and stay with it over time. This isn’t a technique, and it’s not about self-improvement. It’s about learning a different way of being in relationship with reality — one that builds a lived, embodied trust in your own experience, intelligence, and nature. My work is deeply informed by trauma awareness. I pay close attention to how your psyche responds, where you shut down, where you overextend, where you’ve had to adapt in order to belong or survive. We don’t force change. We go at a pace that allows your system to actually stay with what’s unfolding, so that whatever shifts happens in a way that lasts. I draw from approaches like Compassionate Inquiry and parts work, which means we gently get curious about the different parts of you — the ones that protect, the ones that carry pain, the ones that long for something more. Rather than trying to fix or override these parts, we build a relationship with them. Over time, they soften, reorganize, and begin to trust you. In practice, we’re not analyzing you or trying to optimize your behavior. We turn toward what’s actually here — the stuck places, the grief, the contradictions, the unnamed longing, the patterns that no longer serve you. We meet all of it with curiosity instead of judgment. And something begins to shift — not because I’m doing something to you, but because that’s what naturally happens when the conditions are right. I’m an active, engaged presence in the room. I’ll reflect things back to you that you might not yet be able to see, naming patterns as they emerge and sometimes bring attention to what’s unfolding between us in real time. The relationship itself becomes part of the work — a place where old dynamics can show up and be met differently. My role is both mirror and companion. I see you — often more clearly than you can see yourself — and I reflect back what is true and alive in you. I’ll also hold you accountable to that truth, not with pressure, but with care and honesty. Over time, this work tends to go beyond just “solving” a problem. Something more fundamental begins to shift — in how you relate to yourself, to others, and to life. There’s more capacity, honesty & choice. And a quieter, steadier sense of being rooted in who you authentically are.

Basic Information

Services

If something in you responds to what you've read here — a recognition, a pull, a sense that this might be what you've been looking for — follow it. This is not about self-improvement. It is about something far more radical and far more ordinary: learning to trust the truth of who you already are. The work begins wherever you are. It requires only sincerity and a willingness to be honest.
