About Me

I want to offer a safe environment where you feel truly heard, especially during challenging times. You are not alone; everyone experiences mental health issues, and it is okay to reach out. I create a space where we can explore your feelings together, helping you navigate difficult experiences. Here, you will find understanding and support to move forward.

Approach

When we meet, the room becomes a space for gentle curiosity where your story guides the pace and we notice what feels most urgent. In Cuttack or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions mix quiet reflection, short experiential tasks and simple creative exercises to make thoughts and values clearer. Between meetings I offer brief, practical experiments—small steps to test new ways of responding to stress and burnout, often paired with art-making or written prompts. This approach tends to suit people seeking grounded, usable change.
