About Me

As your Registered Psychologist, I offer a calm space to deeply understand what drives your experiences. We can explore ways to manage challenging emotions and navigate past trauma. Together, we will foster more fulfilling relationships. My aim is to help you gain clarity on your functioning. I support you to make practical changes for a better life. A free intake session provides a gentle start to this journey of discovery and change.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on understanding patterns and breaking them into small, practical steps toward better day-to-day functioning. I offer in-person work in Edmonton and secure online sessions in English, with space for all ages and life circumstances. Therapy blends gradual memory processing, skills practice for emotion regulation and executive challenges, and simple between-session experiments we review together. This way of working tends to suit people coping with trauma, attention differences, or persistent anxiety who want steady, tangible change.
