About Me
I work mostly with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges of growth and transition. As a clinical psychologist, I offer a supportive, confidential space to explore identity, relationships, and future paths. We can work together to understand complex feelings and develop practical tools for daily life. This approach helps young people gain clarity, feel heard, and build confidence as they move towards independence.
Approach
With young people I pay close attention to how stories of stress and hurt show up day to day, shaping a steady, practical rhythm for our time together. Sessions are conversational but goal-focused: we map feelings, name triggers linked to anxiety, mood shifts or past abuse, and try brief grounding or thought experiments to test what helps. Between meetings I suggest small, doable practices to build safety and confidence at home or school. This way of working tends to suit those who want clear steps and steady support.
