M Psych Services

Licensed locally in Baguio City, we structure sessions to be practical, respectful of time, and adaptable to online or in-person rhythms so you can engage from wherever you are. Sessions mix focused talking, brief skill-practice, and clear steps between meetings; assessments are used to clarify patterns and guide goals rather than label. Communication in English and an emphasis on steady, measurable progress keep the work grounded and collaborative. This approach tends to suit people seeking straightforward, accountable support for everyday and life-transition challenges.
