Mr Luke McPhilemy

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

An experienced pre-accredited counsellor providing individual online therapy at a reduced rate. Discount rates for students over 16's and the unemployed are available.

About Me

I offer individual online therapy, creating a supportive space for exploring thoughts and feelings from home. My aim is to make therapy accessible. Reduced rates are available for students over 16 and those who are unemployed. This ensures more people can find the support they need to navigate life's challenges. We can work together to find clarity and build resilience.

Approach

Providing accessible, affordable care shapes how sessions unfold: steady, practical and attuned to what matters most to you. From my base in Limerick and Clare I work online in English, so we can meet from wherever you feel safest and keep a clear, consistent rhythm between appointments. Sessions often blend focused emotional exploration with practical skills, sometimes using dreams or creative imagery to surface meaning and shift mood, and I suggest small, manageable steps to try between meetings. This way of working suits adolescents and adults seeking clarity and gentle momentum.
