Mr Luke McPhilemy, MA

Registered Counselor

An experienced, accredited counsellor providing individual online therapy.

About Me

I offer individual online therapy, creating a supportive space for exploring thoughts and feelings. My aim is to make therapy accessible. Reduced rates are available for students. This ensures more people can find the support they need to navigate life's challenges. We can work together to find clarity and build resilience.

Approach

I use an integrative therapeutic approach: meaning I borrow from a number of different therapies based on your unique needs. I draw from such models as CBT, Person Centered and Psychodynamic therapy.
