To move beyond that heavy sense of not measuring up, therapy unfolds as a careful, paced exploration where we notice patterns, test new meanings and practise small, real-world experiments. In sessions in Pontecagnano Faiano or online, in English or Italian, you'll find a balance of reflective listening, dream work to access hidden feelings, and focused actions that address loss, intimacy or past hurts. Between meetings I offer short reflective prompts so insights can be tried out in life. This way of working suits adults and couples ready to change how they relate to themselves and others.
