Ms Lucy Wainwright

Psychotherapist

You will find real acceptance and compassion in our time together, and begin to bloom and flourish again. I tailor my work to you, and you set the pace.

About Me

I offer a truly supportive space where you can feel fully heard and understood. Together, we gently explore what is holding you back, helping you uncover your inherent strengths. My approach is always tailored, ensuring our conversations unfold at a pace that feels right for you. Many clients discover a renewed sense of purpose and begin to thrive in this collaborative environment.

Approach

Sessions often unfold with gentle curiosity, allowing art, words and mindfulness to surface what feels most important for you. From my base in Whaley Bridge I offer in-person and online work in English, in a calm, predictable setting that respects pacing and sensory needs. We use creative materials, breath and grounding practices alongside reflective dialogue to pace exploration, manage overwhelm and build practical ways to cope between meetings. People facing anxiety, mood shifts, trauma or relationship strain often find this gentle, structured approach helpful.
