Miss Lucy Wahinya

Counselor

Using my professional knowledge to help individuals and the community at large in achieving their mental health goals.

About Me

I offer a supportive space, drawing on my professional knowledge to help you achieve your mental health goals. We can work together to explore challenges and build practical tools you can use in your daily life. Our sessions aim to foster deeper understanding, helping you navigate personal well-being within your connections. This approach is for anyone seeking to develop lasting strategies and strengthen their mental health, both individually and within their wider community.

Approach

My practice focuses on translating understanding into small, practical steps you can use day to day. Sessions in Nairobi or online, in English and Kiswahili, are steady and paced to your needs — we assess, name patterns, try out strategies in session and adapt them between meetings. I blend gentle challenge with clear structure so adolescents, young adults and people navigating sexual health or HIV-related concerns can test new responses safely. This way of working often suits those seeking sustainable change without overwhelm.
