Experienced adult psychoanalytic psychotherapist as well as couple therapist. My aim is to facilitate and support psychological growth in a an empathic, respectful way. In person & online service.

About Me

I offer a space for adults and couples to explore their inner world and relationships. As an experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I guide individuals and partners through challenges, fostering lasting psychological growth. Our sessions, offered in person or online, provide an empathic and respectful environment where you can make sense of complex feelings. Clients seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their dynamics will find a supportive partnership here.

Approach

Facilitating change often looks like steady, curious work: we trace recurring patterns, attend to the stories beneath the symptoms and hold difficult feelings without hurry. Sessions in Cape Town or online, in English or Afrikaans, are paced to your rhythm and shaped by what feels most pressing that week. Through depth-oriented listening and collaborative reflection I help adults and couples link past experience to present choices, with occasional between-session reflections to keep insight alive. This way of working tends to suit those facing transitions, grief, anxiety or relationship strain.
