Lou Carbajal

Licensed Psychologist

I support and empower my clients through an integrated approach that includes: talk therapy, body work, nature connection, mindfulness and soft movement. I combine my 20+ years western experience in Psychology/Counselling in Canada and Mexico, with my eastern training /practice in TCM and Yoga.

About Me

I offer a holistic path to wellbeing, blending diverse therapeutic practices honed over 20 years. My integrated approach helps clients connect with their inner resources. We combine talk therapy with gentle body work and nature connection. This unique blend of Western psychology and Eastern wisdom, like TCM and Yoga, creates space for full exploration. I guide individuals seeking a comprehensive mind-body approach to feel more grounded and empowered.

Approach

You’ll notice I move between conversation and gentle somatic noticing, often inviting simple breath, slow movement or short walks to anchor what comes up. I work in English and Spanish from Tlalnepantla and online, pacing sessions to match children, families or individuals and offering clear steps to practice between meetings. Assessment moments are rhythmic and collaborative, blending observation with co-created strategies so progress feels measurable and humane. This way of working tends to suit people wanting grounded, body-attuned change.
