I offer a warm, compassionate and safe space when you can safely explore your distress and heal without feeling judged, so you can truly be yourself. I specialise in trauma-related PTSD and CPTSD symptoms from an integrated trauma-informed humanistic, CBT & EMDR skillset supported by my Walking EMDR PhD research.

About Me

When past experiences leave you feeling overwhelmed, I offer a truly safe space to gently process your distress. I specialise in helping adults navigate trauma-related PTSD and CPTSD symptoms. Drawing on an integrated humanistic, CBT, and EMDR skillset, I support you in finding stability. My PhD research into Walking EMDR informs our work, offering innovative ways to heal. This approach helps you move towards a more grounded sense of self without judgment.

Approach

You’ll notice a steady, paced rhythm to our work that keeps you anchored while difficult memories are approached in small, manageable steps. From my Middlesex base I offer sessions in English and online, so we shape a rhythm that fits your life and places of safety. In session we stabilise distress, use gentle somatic and cognitive tools alongside bilateral processing when you’re ready, and agree on brief between-session practices to support regulation. This way of working often suits people seeking steady, collaborative healing.
