Ms Lluliana Flores

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I focus on helping others find their voice and heal trauma. I have years of experience working with BIPOC community and am LGBTQIA+ ally. In a safe and nurturing space, change is possible. My approach is relational and collaborative. We work together to explore different areas of your life and how these intersect.

About Me

I offer a nurturing space, particularly for clients from the BIPOC community and LGBTQIA+ individuals. We’ll work together to find your voice and process trauma. My relational approach is collaborative; we explore how different areas of your life intersect. This helps make sense of your experiences, fostering a path to genuine healing and lasting change.

Approach

I invite curiosity about how old wounds shape current relationships, and we track patterns together so you feel clearer about next steps. In my Gilbert office I offer sessions in English and Spanish, meeting face-to-face with pacing that balances gentle reflection and practical skill-building; between sessions I often suggest brief experiments to try in real life and we review what felt possible. Therapy moves at your pace, blending memory-focused work with grounding skills without rushing. This way of working tends to suit young adults and BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks seeking steady, honest change.
