Ms Lisa Taylor

Registered Social Worker

I bring passion and energy to supporting teens, adults or couples who are experiencing difficulties including: anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life changes, general life stressors, family and peer relationship difficulties, self-esteem, or regulating emotions.

About Me

I bring passion and energy to support teens, adults, and couples navigating life's challenges. If you're experiencing anxiety, stress, or relationship difficulties, we can explore these together. My aim is to create a collaborative space where you feel truly heard. Here, we develop practical strategies to manage life changes, build self-esteem, and regulate emotions effectively. This direct, supportive approach helps you find clarity and move forward.

Approach

Sessions move between focused problem-solving and gentle exploration, paced to what feels manageable for you and guided by your goals. I offer in-person appointments in Wellington County and online, and can work in English or Italian to fit your needs. Expect practical tools, short between-session reflections, and moments that slow things down so emotions and patterns become clearer—especially around life transitions, stress and relationships. This way of working often helps people ready for steady, doable change.
