Helping clients with anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, depression, self esteem, trauma and narcissistic abuse. Trained at SUNY Brockport. National Certified Counselor, Forensic Mental Health Evaluator and Forensic Behavioral Analyst, trained by the former Chief of the BSU of FBI. Drawing on decades of clinical experience, I help adults gain clarity, resilience, and confidence to move forward.

Approach

Interactive approach using EMDR, CBT, SBFT, Person Centered and REBT. Talk therapy. I believe it is important to teach coping skills, when appropriate. Sessions are structured or unstructured, depending on client need and what works for them. Therapy starts with meeting clients where they are and helping them to move forward in their life.
