Educational Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

My overall therapeutic aim is to offer adolescents and young adults emotional support, insight, and opportunities for growth in order to develop into confident, resilient, and well-balanced individuals. I work within a psychoanalytic framework informed by attachment and object relations theory and deeply influenced by the work of Winnicott and also Jung. I aim to integrate the body and the symbolic expression of the unconscious as an essential guide to deeper understanding and meaningful psychological change.

About Me

I am an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist specializing in work with adolescents and young adults. I support clients as they navigate the formative journey of identity development, helping them to connect with their emotional lives in order to cultivate a sense of safety within their bodies. My therapeutic approach aims to nurture the internal conditions that allow young people to meet life’s transitions with resilience and the capacity to express themselves with greater authenticity. I am dedicated to providing a grounded, secure therapeutic space that fosters growth, self-understanding, and the capacity to move into adulthood with confidence.

Approach

The therapeutic setting plays an essential role in my therapeutic offering. My professional space is surrounded by a calm, green environment that supports reflection, regulation, and a felt sense of grounding. Within this space, I strive to be gentle, respectful, and genuinely curious, providing a safe and steady presence in which young people can explore themselves, strengthen their inner resources, and move toward adulthood with clarity and confidence.
