Ms Lindiwe Shayi

Social Worker (Mental Health)

Life can be overwhelming and challenging, and the problems you face might make you feel helpless and hopeless. Well, I am here to support you, to empower you to become your own agent of change and reclaim your sense of control in your life.

About Me

I am a registered Social Worker (Mental Health) based in Bromhof, Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa. I provide individual counseling and online therapy for people facing stress, anxiety, or major life changes. I run corporate workshops and offer advocacy to improve workplace support and access to services.

Approach

You’ll find sessions grounded in practical steps and honest reflection, where we map small, achievable changes and track progress together. Whether we meet in Bromhof, Randburg or online in English, the environment is steady and paced to your rhythm so you can tackle what matters without feeling overwhelmed. I focus on turning insights into doable actions — workplace strategies, advocacy plans or family conversations — and offer short between-session tasks to test what works. This way of working suits individuals, parents, couples and organisations looking for clear, steady support.
