Linda Chi

Licensed Professional Counselor

I’m Linda Chi, LPC, a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and deeply rooted emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and somatic approaches to help clients create meaningful, lasting change, not just short-term symptom relief.

About Me

I help ambitious adults who are quietly carrying trauma, anxiety, or emotional heaviness, including those who have found little relief from talk therapy, move past feeling stuck and experience relief, peace, and joy.

Approach

EMDR Therapy - Helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their emotional charge. Brainspotting - Targets the deeper, body-based layers of trauma especially when you don’t have clear memories, images, or words. Somatic Approaches - Regulate and calm your nervous system Parts Work - Helps different inner parts feel understood, supported, and integrated. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy - Shifts unhelpful thought patterns and builds practical coping skills.
