Lin Gharibo
Psychologist
“I’m a psychologist and integrative psychotherapy trainee. I support teens (15+) and adults facing mood issues, anxiety, trauma, or relationship difficulties. I offer flexible, evidence-based help in a safe, empathic space — in both English and Polish.”
About Me
Approach
I work in the integrative approach to psychotherapy, which allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs — with flexibility and the support of evidence-based methods. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic traditions, integrating them in a way that supports meaningful and lasting change.
In our work together, I will encourage you to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the signals your body sends — not only as isolated experiences, but as interconnected responses shaped by your past. I believe that many challenges we face in the present have roots in earlier life experiences, and that understanding these patterns can be key to breaking cycles that no longer serve us.
By looking at the past to better understand the here and now, we can begin to make space for new perspectives, greater self-compassion, and healthier ways of being. Whether you’re struggling with mood difficulties, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck — I aim to offer a safe, empathic, and respectful space where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and acceptance.
My work is under regular supervision with certified integrative supervisors, and I continue my professional training at the Institute of Health Psychology, accredited by leading Polish psychotherapy organizations. I offer individual therapy in Polish and English for adults and adolescents (15+).
