Mrs Lily Wanyonyi

Counseling Psychologist

I am an empathetic counselling psychologist working with adolescents to address academic, social and personal challenges. I am also well versed in relationship matters & couple therapy as part of my certification. I create a safe, exclusive space where groups & individuals thrive and grow.

About Me

I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist based in Riara, Nakuru County, Kenya. I offer confidential counseling, relationship and spiritual/faith-based counseling, and group therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

Approach

Building on a space where people grow, conversations begin with what matters most to you and move at a steady, respectful pace. In Nairobi, Nakuru County and online, we use clear, English-speaking dialogue to explore school, relationships and faith with practical steps you can try between sessions. Sessions are collaborative and focused—sometimes reflective, sometimes skills-based—and I check in regularly to adjust what’s helpful. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, couples and families seeking grounded change and clearer connection.
