Miss Lilla Bentkowska

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

Integrative Gestalt psychotherapist with MSc in Psychology working with individuals and couples. I support people in overcoming personal and relational difficulties, connecting with one's feelings and finding sense of authenticity and agency in times of crisis. I work primarily with expats and cross-cultural couples.

About Me

I help expats and cross-cultural couples navigate the unique challenges of living between worlds. We can work through personal and relational difficulties, connecting deeply with your feelings. My approach supports you in finding authenticity and agency, especially during times of crisis. Clients value this process for building inner strength and resilience.

Approach

When life feels suspended between cultures, therapy focuses on sensing what’s alive in the moment and experimenting with new ways of relating. I offer sessions in Zürich or online, in English or Polish, paced to your rhythm—sometimes focused and direct, sometimes more exploratory. In-session we track habitual patterns, try small experiments to test new behaviours between meetings, and attend to feelings alongside practical steps that restore choice in relationships and transitions. This way of working often suits adults and couples facing relocation, anxiety or cross-cultural strain.
