Based in Curitiba, I offer sessions in Portuguese and online, moving at a pace that feels manageable and using simple, practical steps between sessions to build stability. In our sessions, we balance grounding in the present with careful reflection, so you feel supported as we explore what’s been hard. This approach is often helpful for people who have experienced violence, displacement, or repeated stress.
